We have been in the direct mail industry for over three decades servicing clients on the data processing front, and now we are doing it under our own company, Pear Data.

Is Pear Data owned or affiliated with another company? No! We are a privately owned company with no intention of being purchased. Our clients deserve a highly personal experience rather than becoming just another account in a long line of accounts.

Following instructions is simply not enough. Our experience allows us to add a consultative approach so that our clients make the right decisions and get the most out of their direct mail campaigns.

Quality control is the key to our success. From years of experience performing Merge/Purge you can trust that we know what we're doing and trust that we will do it right. Data will not leave our domain unless 100% accurate.

Turnaround is, well, whatever you need it to be. We can turn merges around in just a few days upon request, from receiving the last input file to shipping the final output. We understand that time is a luxury and that we need to be flexible when the need arises.

Pear Data is small in terms of staff, but has the capacity to process large sums of data in a short period of time.
